This independent-contractor opportunity allows qualified professionals to work from home, select available servicing hours, and earn income by supporting established nonprofit fundraising campaigns.

W e are seeking reliable, professional individuals who can operate independently, follow structured procedures, and accurately assist donors.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound calls from donors

  • Follow structured scripts and campaign procedures

  • Accurately enter donation and pledge information

  • Confirm donor and transaction details

  • Navigate computer systems while speaking with callers

  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality

This Is Not a Sales or Solicitation Position All donor calls are strictly inbound.



Requirements

Applicants must have:

      A high school diploma or GED

      At least six months of remote customer-service experience or one year of onsite customer-service experience

      Strong verbal communication and active-listening skills


    Before servicing, contractors must have:

      A Windows 11 computer

      At least 8GB of RAM; 16GB is recommended

      A USB headset with noise cancellation

      Wired high-speed internet






Benefits

                 Contract rates generally range from $13–$15 per hour
