Our model is built around their needs and yours:

• Wraparound patient support: Care Navigators and Healthcare Advocates handle what falls outside the therapy sessions, so your work stays clinical.

• A real team, not a login: Dedicated Clinical Quality Leads provide ongoing consultation, and a responsive provider support team answers questions in real time.

• Scale with reach: We serve patients across all 50 states, with strong organic demand and a steady referral pipeline.

   

Location: Fully remote | Schedule: You set it, 7 days a week available

We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) on a flexible, fee-for-service basis. Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) and build from there.

• Grow with us. Free CEUs, geriatric-focused training, and clinical consultation from experienced directors.

• Competitive pay. 1099 clinicians receive competitive per-session rates as full cash compensation.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting

• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient

• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team

• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools

• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent

• Licensed in Virginia

• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy

• Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred.

• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records

• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way
