REMOTE W2 Java Full Stack Engineering Lead 10+ YEARS OF EXP
Lead technical design and delivery of scalable full-stack applications while remaining hands-on with backend systems, workflow orchestration, event-driven architectures, microservices, and APIs. Mentor engineers, guide technical direction, and own engineering outcomes across cloud-based applications and CI/CD pipelines.
We're looking for a Full Stack Engineering Lead with strong backend expertise to design and deliver scalable, modern applications — leading technical design, mentoring engineers, and staying hands-on with backend systems, workflow orchestration, and headless architectures.
Required Skills & Experience:

- Angular 16+ is mandatory
- Strong backend engineering experience (Node.js, Java, Python, or similar)
- Solid full stack knowledge with API-first and headless architecture design
- Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration engines and event-driven systems (e.g., Temporal, Airflow, Camunda, Step Functions)
- Experience building microservices and REST/GraphQL APIs
- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with CI/CD pipelines
- Leadership experience guiding teams and owning technical outcomes
