Skydio is the leading US drone company and the world leader in autonomous flight, the key technology for the future of drones and aerial mobility. The Skydio team combines deep expertise in artificial intelligence, best-in-class hardware and software product development, operational excellence, and customer obsession to empower a broader, more diverse audience of drone users, from utility inspectors to first responders, soldiers in battlefield scenarios and beyond.

About the Role

Skydio is seeking a Renewals Manager to help design and scale a modern renewals engine across Enterprise and Public Sector customers.

This role drives retention, renewal, and growth of recurring software revenue while strengthening the systems, data integrity, and cross functional processes that support renewals. You will not simply execute existing workflows. You will help build the infrastructure that makes renewals predictable, scalable, and commercially strong.

As Skydio continues to grow, renewals must operate with clear ownership, accurate forecasting, structured pricing guidance, and automation across Salesforce and DealHub. This role plays a central part in creating that foundation. Recurring software revenue is a critical driver of long term growth.

You will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Deal Desk, Orders Management, RevOps, Finance, and Legal to formalize renewal governance and ensure operational excellence.

What You Will Do:
Build and Improve the Renewals Infrastructure
  • Design and improve scalable renewal workflows in Salesforce and DealHub

  • Introduce automation, validation logic, and approval structures that reduce manual intervention and prevent errors

  • Standardize renewal processes across direct and reseller channels with clear structure and accountability

  • Develop tools such as co term calculators and renewal reference guides to support consistent execution

  • Create and maintain durable SOP documentation and enablement materials that support long term scale

  • Continuously evaluate and improve renewal reporting, data integrity, and process efficiency

  • Drive Retention and Renewal Performance

  • Own the renewal lifecycle for a defined book of business, in alignment with Sales and reseller coverage models

  • Drive high gross and net retention by proactively identifying risks and expansion opportunities

  • Develop mitigation plans for at risk customers in partnership with Sales and Customer Success

  • Ensure continuity of service for customers approaching expiration

Lead or Support Contract Strategy
  • Lead or support renewal negotiations, including pricing adjustments, term alignment, amendments, and co terming

  • Help establish and apply pricing guardrails and uplift guidance across fiscal years

  • Support product transitions, including migration from discontinued or restructured offerings

  • Partner with Finance and Legal to resolve complex contract scenarios

Strengthen Forecasting and Data Integrity
  • Maintain accurate renewal data in Salesforce to forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual renewal revenue

  • Build reliable dashboards and reporting in Salesforce and Clari

  • Partner with RevOps to establish durable renewal data governance and fiscal year alignment standards.

What You Bring
  • 4 or more years of experience in SaaS renewals, revenue operations, sales operations, customer success, or account management in a recurring revenue environment

  • Hands on experience with Salesforce and DealHub or similar CPQ platforms, including workflow configuration, reporting, approval logic, and data structure improvements

  • Experience building or redesigning revenue processes, not just operating within them

  • Comfort leading renewal conversations involving pricing, contract amendments, and term negotiations

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with complex contract data and forecasting models

  • Experience working with Clari or similar forecasting tools is a plus

  • Experience supporting reseller or channel renewals is a plus

  • Ability to drive cross functional alignment in environments where ownership and process are still evolving

  • Clear communicator who can combine operational discipline with commercial urgency

Compensation Range: The annual base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000. Compensation will vary based on factors, including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience. In addition to base salary, Skydio full-time employees are eligible to enroll in our benefit plans and take advantage of a variety of incentives and stipends.

*For some positions the pay may be dependent upon the individual's regional location.
