Recruit shelters and rescue organizations, pitch Fi’s free GPS tracker and microchip program, close partnerships, and manage onboarding through activation. Host webinars, represent Fi at conferences and adoption events, maintain CRM pipeline data, forecast results, track conversion and onboarding metrics, and share rescue-community insights with product and operations. This is a new-partner sales and growth role rather than ongoing account management.

Welcome to Fi.

We’re a passionate team from Square, Google, Oura, Peloton, Uber, and more working to transform the human-pet relationship. Our mission? Develop cutting-edge technology to revolutionize what it means to be a pet parent. The pet industry remains firmly stuck in the past and we are here to change that. Fi is leveraging our team's talent and expertise to improve the lives of millions of pets in the U.S. Real-time location tracking, activity, sleep and behavior monitoring – and that's just the beginning.

The most exciting aspect of our work? Bridging the communication gap between pets and humans. Imagine a world where everyone knows how their pet feels in real time and how to keep their best friend in good shape. That's the future we're building at Fi.

If you're someone who thrives in innovative, collaborative work environments and feels strongly about helping pets live longer, better lives, Fi could be the perfect fit. Join us in our pursuit of the “impossible,” or as we call it here “let me find a way,” to redefine the future of pet ownership together.

Fi is looking for a Rescue Partnerships Manager!

Fi is looking for a Rescue Partnerships Manager to be front-of-house for Fi's rescue program. You find the rescues, tell the story, close the partnership, and get new partners live. Rescues lose dogs every week: fosters slip leashes, transports go sideways, new adopters have escape artists. You'll pitch a program that solves that for no cost to the rescue, then own the relationship until the rescue is fully up and running. This is a sales and growth role, not account management. Day-to-day partner support and triage sits with the rest of the team. Your job is new partners, activated fast.

What You'll Do:

  • Recruit new rescues into the program: Prospect, build target lists, and get in the door with shelters and rescue organizations nationwide, from scrappy foster-based rescues to the largest humane societies in the country
  • Pitch the program: Run discovery and pitch calls that show rescue leadership how free GPS trackers and microchips prevent lost dog events and protect the dogs they've worked hard to save
  • Own onboarding end to end: Be each new partner's main point of contact from signing up to fully live: first order, device setup, team training, and their first dogs protected. Hand off a healthy partner to the account team
  • Run webinars:  Host recurring onboarding and program webinars that convert interested rescues into active partners at scale
  • Represent Fi in the rescue world: Attend rescue conferences, adoption events, and industry gatherings as the face of the program
  • Run your pipeline like an operator: Keep the CRM clean, forecast your numbers, and report on recruitment, onboarding velocity, and adoption-transfer performance. You'll be measured on results, not activity
  • Feed the roadmap: Bring what you hear from the rescue community back to product and ops so the program keeps getting better

What You'll Bring:

  • Genuine belief in rescue, dogs, and technology, all three, no exceptions, with a drive to prove tech can save dogs' lives
  • Time on the ground at a rescue, whether as staff, a volunteer, or a close partner, and a real understanding of their constraints: volunteer labor, tight budgets, chaos, and hearts fully in it
  • A natural feel for selling and presenting, equally comfortable pitching leadership, hosting a webinar for 50 rescues, or working a booth at a conference
  • An analytical, numbers-first instinct, tracking pipeline and conversion rates and letting data decide where time goes
  • Speed picking up new tools (CRM, AI tools, internal systems) and patience teaching non-technical partners how to use ours
  • A build for pace, ready for a fast-moving startup with constant context switching and real ownership from week one
  • Bonus: already networked in the rescue community, with doors that open on day one

Why You'll Love Us:

  • Time to Recharge: Enjoy flexible PTO to take the breaks you need.
  • Top-Notch Health Coverage: We’ve got your back (and teeth and eyes) with full medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Wellness Perks: Free access to One Medical, Kindbody, and Talkspace to keep you feeling your best.
  • Dog-Friendly Office: Bring your pup to work — they’re part of the team, too.
  • Give Back to the Pups: Make tails wag with a $500 annual donation to a dog charity of your choice through our BarkBack Program.
  • Free Fi Membership: Your furry best friend(s) get all the benefits of a Fi collar, on us!
  • Love for Friends + Family: Share the Fi magic with loved ones through our gifting program.
