  • Present findings and recommendations to Revenue Cycle leadership, Accounting, Managed Care, and Operations.
  • Continuously improve reporting processes through automation, process improvements, and enhanced data quality.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to validate data accuracy and ensure consistent reporting methodologies.
  • Prioritize multiple assignments while meeting established reporting deadlines.

All You Need is:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Healthcare Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in healthcare finance, healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing analytics, managed care analytics, or healthcare reimbursement.
  • Working knowledge of healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), including CPT coding concepts, reimbursement methodologies, payer contracts, contractual adjustments, collections, and revenue cycle KPIs.
  • Experience analyzing healthcare financial metrics such as Gross Collection Rate (GCR), reimbursement trends, collection rates, payer performance, contractual adjustments, denial rates, or similar healthcare performance indicators.
