Your Mission:

As a Revenue Operations Consultant, you will provide critical deal desk and sales operations coverage during an eight-month maternity leave. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Revenue Operations, you will partner closely with Account Executives to structure commercially sound SaaS agreements and move opportunities efficiently through the deal review and approval process.

During the 8-month term, you will serve as a key liaison between Sales, Finance, and Legal, helping resolve commercial and contractual obstacles while ensuring deals align with internal policies. Your broader mission will be to maintain continuity across the Revenue Operations function and identify opportunities to improve the team’s efficiency during the contract period.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage day-to-day deal desk coverage, supporting opportunities from initial deal structuring through final review and approval.
  • Partner with Account Executives to develop pricing, packaging, discounting, payment terms, and contract structures that meet customer needs while supporting company objectives.
  • Review non-standard deal terms, identify potential risks, and coordinate the appropriate internal approvals.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Legal to resolve commercial and contractual issues that could delay deals.
  • Guide sales representatives through established deal review processes, approval requirements, and contracting procedures.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity, pricing, approval, and contract information within DealHub and the CRM.
  • Provide broader sales operations support as needed, particularly during periods of high deal volume or competing team priorities.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements that increase the efficiency and consistency of the Revenue Operations team.
Who We’re Looking For:
  • Three to five years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or a closely related function.
  • Hands-on experience supporting B2B SaaS sales processes and recurring-revenue contracts.
  • Experience working with CPQ platforms and CRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of deal review cycles, pricing and discount approvals, contracting processes, and sales operations workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with Account Executives and cross-functional stakeholders in Finance and Legal.
  • Effective internal negotiation and objection-handling skills, with the confidence to challenge requests constructively and recommend practical alternatives.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive deals simultaneously.
  • Self-sufficient and comfortable taking ownership of work with limited oversight.
  • Quick learner who can understand and apply company-specific processes within a short ramp period.
  • Sound commercial judgment, attention to detail, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
