Summary of Role:

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to own and drive revenue outcomes for assigned customer accounts.

This role goes beyond forecasting and reporting — it requires a deep understanding of the drivers of revenue, strong business judgment, and the ability to proactively identify risks, close execution gaps, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver committed results.  This role requires someone who not only identifies issues, but drives them to resolution and delivers measurable business impact.

You will serve as the operational lead for your accounts, ensuring alignment across Sales, Business Units, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver predictable quarterly and annual revenue.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Own revenue outcomes for assigned accounts, ensuring alignment between customer demand, orders, supply, and commercial inputs

  • Understand and continuously refine the revenue outlook, using strong business judgment to reflect the most accurate view

  • Identify risks and opportunities early and translate them into clear action plans with owners and timelines

  • Drive cross-functional execution, holding teams accountable to resolve issues impacting revenue delivery

  • Leverage commercial and operational insights (pricing, contracts, demand, supply) to improve revenue outcomes

  • Escalate and remove roadblocks quickly to keep execution on track

  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders and leadership, providing updates, insights, and recommendations

  • Proactively improve and standardize processes to enhance forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or University in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field

  • 5+ years of relevant experience

  • Proven experience owning business outcomes (revenue, bookings, supply, or delivery), not just reporting metrics

  • Strong ability to translate data into decisions and drive action

  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority

  • Experience using AI or automation tools to streamline workflows, enhance data analysis, or improve decision-making

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex issues and drive alignment

  • Highly proactive, self-driven, and comfortable operating in ambiguous environments

  • Ability to work effectively across global teams and time zones

  • Hybrid work requirement (Austin, TX)

  • Minimal travel required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting large or complex customer accounts in a technology or manufacturing environment

  • Understanding of semiconductor industry dynamics, supply chain, or demand planning

  • Experience with ERP, CRM, or planning systems (e.g., D365 or similar)

  • Familiarity with data visualization or analytics tools (e.g., Power BI)

  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and PowerBI
