Revenue Operations Manager

We are seeking an ambitious and hands-on Revenue Operations Manager with a positive attitude and a strong collaborative mindset.

What You’ll Do:

As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will own and operate revenue operations across ShipperHQ’s sales, marketing, and CS functions. You’ll focus on designing and implementing data-driven strategies, automatons, and workflows that will increase pipeline growth and enhance sales and marketing efficiency. You will work closely with our customer-facing teams to build strong relationships, document best practices, and streamline operations. Additionally, you’ll deliver actionable reporting and analysis to align cross-departmental initiatives and provide key insights into overall company health.

Your Impact:

  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve operational efficiency across client-facing teams, directly driving revenue growth
  • Optimize lead flow and deal flow to increase conversions and improve sales velocity
  • Create forecasts and build dashboards for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, providing clear visibility into pipeline health, marketing ROI, and overall revenue performance
  • Support senior leadership with standardized business reporting and strategic planning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment on key projects and initiatives, aligning with revenue goals
  • Optimize and scale core operational processes to enhance effectiveness
  • Maintain and improve data quality within HubSpot 
  • Offer hands-on support for ad hoc projects, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
  • Drive continuous improvement: Identify gaps, recommend new systems or process enhancements, and work hands-on to implement them.

What we're looking for:

  • 4+ years of experience in revenue operations within a SaaS environment
  • Hands-on expertise with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and other revenue operations tools
  • Strong automation skills with experience leveraging AI to improve operations
  • Proven ability to leverage data insights to drive strategic decisions
  • HubSpot expert with a RevOps HubSpot certification
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for data-driven problem-solving
  • A forward-thinking, solutions-oriented mindset—you don’t just identify problems, you find ways to solve them
  • A critical thinker who challenges the status quo and seeks opportunities to enhance growth
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment. You take initiative, embrace challenges with a positive attitude, and drive meaningful impact.

Logistics:
