Position Description:

We’re looking for a detail-driven Revenue Performance Analyst to own the pricing and product-data engine that keeps PAR’s revenue operating system accurate and moving. Sitting within Revenue Operations, this role is the primary owner of dynamic pricing entries, price book updates, pricing addendums, and SKU lifecycle management — the person responsible for making sure pricing and product data is correct, current, and cleanly routed to the right partners. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who likes owning end-to-end processes, maintaining discipline in the details, and being the go-to point of contact when pricing and SKU questions surface.

Position Location:

 Remote USA (select states)

Reports To:

Director, Revenue Operations

What We’re Looking For:

Revenue Operations & Analytical Experience

  • 3+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, pricing operations, product/master-data management, or a related analytical role.

  • Proven ability to own pricing and product data end-to-end; you keep entries accurate, updates on schedule, and discrepancies resolved without dropping the ball.

  • Comfortable owning processes where you are the person accountable for keeping things moving and closing the loop.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to investigate discrepancies, trace root causes, and validate data before it flows downstream.

Systems & Technical Familiarity

  • Experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CPQ / Deal Builder) with comfort working in the quoting and pricing layers.

  • Familiarity with ERP / master-data environments (Dynamics 365 / F&O or equivalent) and reconciling data between systems.

  • Comfortable working in price book and pricing-entry tooling, and maintaining structured records in a tracker (Monday.com, Jira, or equivalent).

  • Comfortable translating between business and systems language when coordinating with technical partners.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Strong written and verbal communication; you can write a clear internal status update and a sharp partner-facing note with equal confidence.

  • Comfortable serving as a point of contact for pricing, addendum, and SKU questions across the business.

  • Experience coordinating across Finance, Legal, IT, Product, and eCommerce teams where you keep each partner informed without creating noise.

  • Ability to escalate clearly: you bring context and a recommendation, not just a problem.

Operational Discipline

  • Highly detail-oriented: you track what matters, document what happens, and follow up until things close.

  • Disciplined about process and routing: you send work down the right path and push back when shortcuts create risk.

  • Comfortable building and maintaining reporting and tracking artifacts other teams rely on.

  • Proactive communicator: you surface issues before they become surprises.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:

Pricing & Price Book Management

  • Own dynamic pricing entries and price book updates end-to-end, ensuring changes are accurate, timely, and correctly applied.

  • Serve as the primary owner for resolving price book discrepancies, coordinating with IT only when system-level assistance is genuinely required.

  • Maintain the integrity of pricing data as a trusted source for downstream quoting and reporting.

Pricing Addendums

  • Own pricing addendum issues from intake through resolution, routing to Legal partners as needed and tracking each to closure.

  • Ensure addendum requests move cleanly through the established routing path without stalling.

SKU Lifecycle & Product Sellability

  • Own SKU lifecycle and tariff issues, ensuring products are set up, maintained, and sellable in line with governance standards.

  • Serve as the operational contact for SKU data status and completeness questions, keeping records current and answering readiness inquiries.

  • Handle commercial artifact updates and quote validation for hardware SKU workflows before handoff to eCommerce execution.

Data Quality & Cross-System Coordination

  • Co-own account and master-data accuracy, making the initial system-of-record read (e.g., ERP-vs-Salesforce) when sync issues surface before escalating to IT.

  • Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, Product, and eCommerce to keep pricing and product data aligned across teams and systems.

Quoting Support (Backup / Cross-Training)

  • Serve as a backup on CPQ / Deal Builder and quoting issues, providing cross-team coverage and continuity when the primary owner is unavailable.

  • Support reporting, renewal-view, and quote-vs-opportunity reconciliation efforts as a secondary contributor.

Issue Management & Escalation

  • Route pricing, addendum, and SKU issues to the right owner and track each to closure - nothing undocumented, everything owned.

  • Escalate clearly with context and a recommendation; flag recurring or systemic issues for governance-level resolution.

  • Maintain consistent, tracker-based workflows so partner teams always have visibility without chasing status.

Interview Process:

  • Interview #1: Video Screen with Talent Acquisition Team

  • Interview #2: Video interview with the Hiring Manager (via MS Teams)

  • Interview #3: Video interview with the Team (via MS Teams)
