Minimum qualifications:
Candidate must possess a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience or PhD degree with 1+ years of experience in Computer/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or related STEM discipline
2+ years of experience with the following technical skills:
- Design and Testing Integrated Circuits with fundamentals in AMS/RF
- Device Physics and knowledge of Advanced IC Technologies.
Experience working with Process Design Kits and Collaterals development - Experience with Cadence Virtuoso, Siemens and/or Synopsys IC Design tools
- Familiar with two or more of the following: Unix Shell, Python, Skill, Tcl, Pcell, Ocean scripting
Preferred qualifications:
2+ years of experience with the following skills.
- Experience working on INTEL foundry Process Design Kits and GAA technologies
- Experience with Analog/RF circuit simulation and running drc/lvs/ext/fill flows in custom CMOS designs.
- Lab experience with high frequency instruments such as VNA, Oscilloscope, or Spectrum Analyzer
- Applications: LabView or Matlab, Statistical analysis tools (JMP).
RF/mmWave circuits (PA, LNA, VCO) and/or AMS (DAC/ADC) - Design Automation and CAD experience

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $122,440.00-232,190.00 USD
