Responsibilities:
- As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will participate in and oversee the provision of patient care services consistent with accepted standards and prescribed by attending Physician.
- Observes, assesses, and reports Patient conditions/changes and documents in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
- EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices.
- May administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians’ orders. Evaluated and implements a Patient’s care plan.
- Directs, monitors, and coordinates timely delivery of quality Patient care by all subordinate staff.
- Ensures Patient Care Management Systems are routinely in-serviced and incorporated into the delivery of patient care.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing School
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License
