Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Operations Rotation
• Take direction from and support the Project Manager and/or Superintendent on assigned project tasks
Estimating Rotation
• Take direction from and support senior team members on estimating duties as assigned
General
• Demonstrate understanding of LF Driscoll’s core values: Culture of Safety, Client First, Integrity & Transparency, Collaboration, Innovation and Excellence
• Be an ambassador for and support LF Driscoll’s Safety 360 initiative
• Participate in RPE Programs, such as annual Bootcamp
• Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements and Qualifications:
• B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• General construction knowledge preferred, with 0 - 2 years working in the industry
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
• Ability to understand and follow directions
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to read drawings and specifications
• Experience with PlanGrid, Procore, Bluebeam, CMiC a plus!
