RSA seeks a dynamic global B2B marketer to lead product and solution marketing for RSA ID Plus, our authentication and access management SaaS offering. This role will drive the go-to-market strategy and narrative behind RSA’s passwordless vision – helping organizations understand why eliminating passwords is essential to modern identity security. With 90% of organizations facing challenges on their journey to passwordless and more than half still relying on passwords as their primary authentication method*, this role is critical in positioning RSA as the leader in solving one of the industry’s most urgent problems.  


The ideal candidate brings deep expertise across product management, marketing, and sales, with a proven ability to deliver differentiated positioning, compelling storytelling, and measurable business growth.


Principal Responsibilities:

  • Lead product and solutions marketing for RSA ID Plus, with a strong emphasis on passwordless - owning roadmap alignment with product management, defining and executing the go-to-market strategy, and driving high-impact product launches. 
  • Develop bold, differentiated messaging and positioning that clearly communicates RSA ID Plus’s value and competitive advantage, highlighting RSA’s unique leadership in passwordless solutions.  
  • Create and manage impactful content and assets - including product collateral, pitch decks, competitive assets, web copy, videos, and customer stories to drive engagement across the buyer journey. 
  • Drive all aspects of product launches, managing cross-functional deliverables, content development and review cycles, enablement readiness, and global rollout timelines to ensure seamless, on-time delivery.  
  • Own, build, and deliver product training for internal sales and channel partners in collaboration with product management, sales, and marketing.  
  • Create sales and channel focused content including pitch decks, FAQs, competitive assets, objection handling, demo scripts, and videos to support customer engagement. 
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and company spokesperson, representing RSA to customers, partners, media, analysts, and at industry events. 
  • Lead RSA’s competitive intelligence program, producing and delivering insights, training, and tools to empower sales and the channel. 
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to refine strategy, positioning, and messaging ensuring RSA’s continued leadership in identity security. 

Essential Requirements:

  • 8+ years in B2B technology marketing, ideally within identity security or cybersecurity. 
  • Deep experience in product and solutions marketing, including end-to-end product launches and sales/channel enablement. 
  • Proven success in developing differentiated positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies plus execution that deliver measurable results. 
  • Extensive experience developing sales and channel enablement content and training to drive performance and engagement. 
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills from crafting clear value propositions to presenting confidently to internal and external audiences.  
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership, building trusted partnerships with product management and sales. 
  • A growth mindset and comfort with speed and ambiguity, and a drive to make an impact in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

Pay Range $100,000 - $180,000


Full-time, non-Sales US employees are also eligible for annual discretionary bonuses that are funded based on prior year company performance. RSA Sales team members are eligible to participate in company commission plans.
