As the S. Regional Sales Manager (TX, OK, AR, LA), you will be responsible for driving growth and deepening relationships across your assigned territory. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong customer focus, and the ability to execute sales initiatives that align with Lakeland’s broader business goals.
You’ll lead territory planning, manage key distributor and end-user relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with national sales strategies. Success in this role means delivering results while representing Lakeland’s values of integrity, innovation, and service.

Territory Residence: Candidates must be willing to reside within the state of TX, OK, AR, or LA
Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Comfortable being a 'road warrior' - in person expectation of being with customers more than 85% of the time. 
  • \Focus on sales within an assigned geographic territory and/or assigned customer accounts
  • Manage and develop new and existing dealer and end user relationships
  • Quote programs for customers with technical accuracy and within Company pricing guidelines 
  • Stay current in knowledge of Fire Service product features (including competitor technology), legislation, and regulations
  • Attends trade shows, seminars and meetings that relate to the sales and marketing of our products  
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Strong entrepreneurial skills and motivated by building something new
  • Strong knowledge of PC-based applications (Microsoft Office Suite etc.) 
  • Proven customer relationship-building skills 
  • Experience using CRM applications
  • Experience working and/or selling in the U.S. Fire Service is strongly preferred but not required.
