Are you passionate about creating safe, healthy workplaces and driving a proactive safety culture? Stratatech Education Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Safety Manager to lead and champion our safety initiatives across the organization. This is a key leadership role where you’ll design and implement comprehensive safety programs that protect our employees and ensure compliance with all regulations.


Travel Required

Eligible Locations: Phoenix, AZ • Jacksonville, FL • Atlanta, GA • Dallas, TX • Houston, TX • Tulsa, OK


What You’ll Do

As our Safety Manager, you will:

  • Lead Safety Programs: Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures aligned with OSHA, state, and local regulations.
  • Drive Compliance: Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure adherence to standards.
  • Investigate & Improve: Investigate accidents and near misses, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Educate & Empower: Deliver engaging safety training programs for employees at all levels on topics like hazard communication, fall protection, and lockout/tagout.
  • Promote Safety Culture: Collaborate with leadership and staff to foster a proactive, positive approach to workplace safety.
  • Stay Ahead: Monitor regulatory changes and industry best practices to keep our programs current and effective.
  • Manage Resources: Oversee safety equipment, supplies, and maintain accurate records of training, inspections, and incidents.
What We’re Looking For
  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field (preferred).
    • 5+ years of safety management experience, ideally in an industrial setting.
  • Expertise:
    • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
    • CSP, ASP, or similar certifications a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication, training, and presentation abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with safety management software is a bonus.
  • Mindset:
    • A proactive problem-solver with a passion for building a strong safety culture.
