What’s in it for you:

The Sales Administrator serves as the operational backbone of the sales organization, ensuring opportunities move efficiently from proposal through fulfillment. This role partners closely with Account Managers, Estimators, Project Managers, Service Operations, and other cross-functional teams to coordinate documentation, maintain system accuracy, remove process bottlenecks, and drive timely execution of customer projects.

Success in this role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Administrator plays a critical role in delivering an outstanding customer experience by helping the sales team execute efficiently while maintaining operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary operational support resource for the sales organization throughout the sales fulfillment process.

  • Coordinate activities between Sales, Estimating, Project Management, Service Operations, Finance, Legal, and other internal stakeholders.

  • Ensure projects progress efficiently by proactively identifying and resolving administrative roadblocks.

  • Maintain accurate documentation, records, and system data to support successful project execution.

  • Monitor workflows, prioritize competing requests, and follow up on outstanding action items.

  • Support account setup, contract administration, compliance documentation, and customer onboarding activities.

  • Communicate effectively with internal partners to ensure timely completion of required deliverables.

  • Help maintain consistency in sales processes, documentation standards, and operational best practices.

  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to simplify and improve business processes.

  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting sales, operations, project coordination, or customer service organizations.

  • Experience working within Salesforce and various project management platforms.

  • Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

$43,200.00 - $80,289.99
