This role works closely with brokers, executive leadership, research professionals, and other business lines to ensure accurate, actionable information is available to support leasing strategy and client pursuits.

  • Track and maintain an up-to-date inventory of all Class B+ and Class A office properties, including ownership, occupancy, leasing activity, and expiration schedules, and more.
  • Identify and track tenants actively evaluating relocation, expansion, renewal, or consolidation opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, leasing activity, new developments, and competitive intelligence.
  • Conduct proactive research using public and proprietary data sources to identify business opportunities for the leasing team.

Lease & Tenant Tracking

  • Maintain accurate lease expiration ("Lease X") reports and stacking plans across target properties and submarkets.
  • Track tenant movement, upcoming lease events, occupancy changes, and market availability.
  • Ensure leasing databases remain current and reliable for business development initiatives.
  • Work with research team to prepare recurring market reports and strategic prospecting lists.

Lead Management & Business Development Support

  • Serve as the lead management resource for the Tenant Representation team.
  • Manage prospect pipelines, opportunity tracking, and business development reporting.
  • Assist brokers with pursuit targeting and strategic account identification.
  • Support executive leadership with market intelligence used for business planning and sales strategy.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Own the integrity and accuracy of market, tenant, and lease data.
  • Build and maintain sophisticated Excel models, dashboards, and tracking reports.
  • Analyze trends and generate actionable insights from large datasets.
  • Work with the various internal resources to produce custom reports, presentations, and market analyses for internal and client-facing use.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with leasing, property management, investment sales, research, and other internal business lines to validate and enhance market information.
  • Coordinate with executive leadership to ensure accurate reporting and strategic alignment.
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives requiring market research and analytical support.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales analytics, research, business intelligence, or related analytical roles.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage large datasets and maintain high levels of data accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
