About the Role:

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing  VA Agency dedicated to driving innovation and success in the sales and marketing sector. Our team is passionate about creating impactful strategies and delivering exceptional results. We are looking for a dedicated, ambitious, and well-organized professional to join our team and collaborate closely with the CEO to drive company growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Marketing: Implement and optimize inbound marketing strategies using HubSpot to attract, engage, and delight customers.

  • Email Marketing: Design, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.

  • HubSpot Marketing and Sales Software: Utilize HubSpot Marketing Software for campaign management and HubSpot Sales Software for efficient sales processes.

  • Contextual Marketing: Develop personalized marketing content that resonates with target audiences across various channels.

  • HubSpot Reporting: Generate and analyze marketing reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and inform strategic decisions.

  • CRM Management:

    • Manage contact information, develop filters and lists, upload contact lists, and create custom properties.

    • Set up workflows to sync or update data, ensuring seamless CRM operations.

  • Marketing Automation:

    • Set up and manage automated marketing campaigns.

    • Create and optimize sales templates, sequences, and snippets for improved efficiency.

  • Content Management:

    • Add content and images to emails and landing pages.

    • Manage social media content and develop strategies to enhance online presence.

  • Lead Generation:

    • Build and verify contact lists through web research.

    • Gather and verify contact information to support sales efforts.

  • Digital Marketing:

    • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies.

    • Craft compelling copy for various marketing materials.

    • Manage social media accounts to increase engagement and followers.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Utilize Excel for business-related tasks.

    • Connect and manage third-party integrations to streamline processes.

  • Marketing Analytics:

    • Apply foundational marketing analytics to measure and improve campaign performance.

    • Use tools like Google Calendar for scheduling and time management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably with a focus on inbound marketing, email marketing, and CRM management.

  • Certifications in Inbound Marketing, Email Marketing, HubSpot Marketing Software, HubSpot Sales Software, Contextual Marketing, and HubSpot Reporting from HubSpot Academy.

  • Proficient in CRM management, marketing automation, content management, lead generation, digital marketing, and marketing analytics.

  • Strong technical skills, including advanced Excel capabilities and experience with third-party integrations.

  • Excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and a strong drive to learn and adapt.

  • Passion for sales and marketing with a collaborative mindset and eagerness to work closely with the team and CEO.
