The role of the Sales Assistant is to support and aid top tier Sales Consultants by greeting guests, answering product questions and assisting guests with becoming more comfortable with the technology on their vehicles. This is a great foundation for learning what is needed by having the opportunity to work alongside our best Sales Consultant, as well as a great entry level opportunity!

Daily Tasks and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year

  • Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered

  • Locating vehicles for presentation to potential buyers

  • Assure vehicles are in excellent condition for presentation

  • Set-ups the technology in a delivery for the guest

  • Complies 100% with personal delivery standards of the manufacturer

  • Makes calls to previously sold guests to schedule 2nd date appointments for re-delivery and / or to answer any questions regarding delivery

  • Answers guest questions as needed, helping guest as needed

  • Presents products to guests in the showroom

  • Schedule aftermarket products and services

  • Prepare BVA as needed

  • Assist Sales Consultant(s) as needed

Primary tasks include:

When a guest agrees to purchase a vehicle from us the Sales Consultant hands off the keys to the Sales Assistant. The Sales Assistant takes the car for fueling and drops the car to the detail department. The Sales Assistant accepts the car back from detail and inspects it to make sure it is clean, trouble free, and flawless inside and out. While this is being done, the customer contracts are being prepared for guests' signatures. Once the contracts are completed, the Finance Manager or the Sales Consultant reintroduces the customer to the Sales Assistant.

The Sales Assistant pairs the customer with their new car, connecting any mobile device, memorizing seat settings, memorizing stereo presets and explaining features on the vehicle in compliance with the manufacturer's personalized delivery process. 

The Sales Assistant covers warranty and maintenance information and addresses the survey the guest will be receiving. The Sales Assistant helps the guest to whatever extent the guest needs, and answers all questions for the guest.

Schedule:

  • This is a full-time position.

  • Monday-Saturday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

  • Off Sundays and a weekday.

Compensation:

  • Starting at $20 an hour.
