We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Assistant to support our Mercedes-Benz Sales Team. In this role, you will assist Sales Consultants by handling administrative tasks, coordinating customer interactions, and ensuring a seamless sales process. Your contributions will enhance the efficiency of our team, allowing Sales Consultants to focus on building customer relationships and closing deals.

This role provides an excellent foundation for those interested in advancing into a Sales Consultant position in the future.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Assist Sales Consultants with day-to-day operations, including scheduling appointments, following up with customers, and managing documentation.

  • Prepare and process paperwork for vehicle purchases, financing, and leasing agreements.

  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM database with customer details, inquiries, and follow-ups.

  • Coordinate test drives, ensuring vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for customer demonstrations.

  • Support the showroom’s presentation, including updating vehicle displays, pricing, and promotional materials.

  • Greet and engage customers in a professional and welcoming manner, directing them to the appropriate Sales Consultant.

  • Monitor and manage online leads, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Assist with vehicle deliveries, ensuring a smooth and memorable handover experience for customers.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support the sales team.

  • Participate in sales meetings and training to gain knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz brand and sales strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Passion for the automotive industry and a strong interest in sales.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

  • Proficient in CRM software (experience with automotive dealership software is a plus).

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment..

  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or automotive is required.

  • Must have held a valid driver’s license for at least 1 year.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered.

Schedule:

  • This is a full-time position.

  • Monday - Saturday with one weekday off. 

Compensation:

  • $21 an hour plus commission.
