What You’ll Do:

  • Greet every customer with warmth and professionalism—inside, outside, or over the phone
  • Ring up purchases accurately and efficiently at the register
  • Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked
  • Answer questions and share your product knowledge with shoppers
  • Assist donors at donation drop-offs and offer receipts
  • Help maintain fitting rooms and store appearance
  • Follow store safety and security procedures
  • Promote our mission at checkout and ask for monetary donations
  • Jump in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly

 

What You Bring:

  • A great attitude and passion for customer service
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, physical environment (lift up to 35 lbs)
  • Ability to use a register and follow direction clearly
  • Retail experience is a plus—but a willingness to learn is even better!
