What You'll be Doing:

Join our dynamic team as a Sales & Business Development Representative, where you will have the opportunity to support and contribute to the design and implementation of marketing and sales programs. Your efforts will contribute significantly to the pipeline of sales opportunities and help drive the organization's growth.

Key Tasks: 

  • Assist in designing and implementing marketing programs.

  • Gather and analyze market and customer data.

  • Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation initiatives.

  • Participate in the development of pricing strategies.

  • Support sales staff in the preparation of sales proposals.

  • Maintain and update sales databases and tracking systems.

  • Conduct initial outreach to potential clients under supervision.

  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Support the execution of sales campaigns.

You're a Great Fit if You Meet These Requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Communication: Ability to convey information effectively.

  • Data Analysis: Basic understanding of how to analyze sales data.

  • CRM Systems: Familiarity with customer relationship management tools.

  • Customer Focus: Understanding customer needs and ensuring satisfaction.

  • Problem-Solving: Basic skills in identifying and resolving issues.

  • Collaboration: Ability to work well within a team.

  • Time Management: Managing tasks and deadlines efficiently.

  • Sales Techniques: Basic understanding of sales processes and techniques.

  • Bilingual proficiency in English & Spanish strongly preferred

Compensation:

$47,600.00 - $81,250.00 USD
This role is eligible for Commission.

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position.  Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location. Your recruiter can share more information about the specific offer for the job location during the hiring process.
