Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Type 45+ WPM
  • Basic computer abilities (quickly learn different software, basic spreadsheet use, office work, etc)
  • Handling and responding promptly to incoming calls, emails/text, and online chats            
  • Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered

What to Expect:

  • We DON’T sell cars, but we engage with people looking to buy cars. What we DO sell are appointments to visit the dealership. Most of the customers we speak with are excited at the prospect of getting a new car, which makes the day go by faster and feel positive. 
  • Training is thorough. We will demonstrate how to create engagement and have positive, value-adding conversations, as well as how to operate all systems. This is a team-based job where we rely on each other for help and support. We serve 5 major brand area dealerships (Honda, INFINITI, Subaru, Mercedes-Benz, and Audi).

Schedule:

  • This position offices out of Austin, TX, however, our team enjoys working from home perks as well. After thorough training, enjoy in-office, remote, or hybrid work for employees living in the state of Texas.  Occasional in-office days will be required at the manager's discretion. 
  • This is a full-time position. We're extremely flexible on granting our employees days off when advance notice is given. Overtime is occasionally available. 
  • Tentative Schedule: Monday-Friday 11:00 AM -8:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM -7:00 PM, Sundays and one weekday OFF
  • Maximum of 40 hours per week
  • Note: After completing the first 90 days in-office, enjoy hybrid or remote work.  

Compensation:

  • Starting at $22 an hour
  • Our compensation structure for this role is almost unheard of in the industry. We offer a competitive rate of pay with the expectation of outstanding performance while providing our customers with transformational, not transactional service. If you are just looking for a carrot to chase from month to month, this may not be the right role for you. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and genuinely enjoys helping people.
