OSM Worldwide is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow our customer base by introducing small and midsized businesses to our parcel delivery solutions.
This is an entrylevel, hunterstyle role ideal for someone who is competitive, coachable, and excited to build real sales skills through outbound prospecting, structured training, and handson experience.

What You’ll Do:
As an SDR, you’ll focus on generating new business opportunities within an assigned geographic territory (Southwest region). You’ll be responsible for outbound outreach, qualifying prospects, and opening new customer relationships.
  • Proactively reach out to prospective customers via phone, email, and occasional inperson visits
  • Identify and qualify businesses that can benefit from OSM’s delivery solutions
  • Follow a structured sales process to open and develop new accounts
  • Meet or exceed activity and leadgeneration targets
  • Research prospects, identify decisionmakers, and tailor outreach messaging
  • Track prospect activity and interactions in Salesforce
