BusPlanner is looking for a Texas-based Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fast-growing Sales team and help accelerate our expansion across Texas, one of our fastest-growing and most exciting markets in the United States.

This is not a typical SDR role. You'll be on the ground floor of our growth in Texas, working closely with our regional Account Executive to generate pipeline, build relationships with school districts, and turn opportunities into closed deals.

We're looking for someone who wants to do more than make calls and book meetings. You'll be the face of BusPlanner on the ground in Texas, attending regional industry meetings, traveling to conferences and trade shows, meeting prospective customers in person, and helping establish our presence across the state.

Your mandate is to identify and qualify opportunities, build relationships with transportation directors and other school district decision-makers, and work alongside our Texas sales team to move deals forward.

This is an opportunity for someone who is hungry, entrepreneurial, and eager to take ownership early in their career. With Texas emerging as a key growth market for BusPlanner, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our expansion.

This is a remote role based in Texas, with regular in-state travel expected for customer meetings, regional events, conferences, and trade shows.
