Sales Development Representative – Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

Location: Remote (U.S.) · Travel: <10% (occasional sales meetings and industry conferences) · Type: Full-time, quota-carrying · Experience: 3+ years healthcare RCM inside sales (required)

About the Role

Access Healthcare is hiring an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to sell our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), business process outsourcing (BPO), and healthcare technology services into provider organizations. This is a full-cycle, quota-carrying inside role — you'll prospect, then work with our VP of Sales team members to qualify, advance, and close new business primarily from your desk by phone, email, LinkedIn, Zoom and Teams, with minimal travel (under 10%).

This is not an entry-level SDR role and it is not a field/outside sales role. It's for an experienced healthcare RCM inside seller who wants to own a number from a primarily desk-based seat.

Who This Role Is For

  • You have sold Revenue Cycle Management, BPO, or healthcare IT services into provider organizations and know the buyers, the language, and the pain points.
  • You're a hunter who is genuinely effective over the phone, email, LinkedIn, Teams and Zoom — not someone who needs to be in the room to sell.
  • You want to carry and hit a quota from a primarily inside seat, with only occasional travel.

Who This Role Is Not For

  • Field/outside sales reps who want to travel regularly, work accounts in person, or manage a territory on the ground.
  • Entry-level candidates or generalist SDRs without direct healthcare RCM experience — domain knowledge and a track record are hard requirements, not "nice to haves."

What You'll Do

  • Own a book of target accounts across hospitals, health systems, physician groups, ambulatory surgery centers, and specialty practices.
  • Run full-cycle inside sales: research and identify accounts, run outbound campaigns, conduct discovery, build pipeline, advance opportunities, and work with outside sales team to close — primarily remotely.
  • Identify decision-makers and stakeholders, and lead consultative discovery on their RCM processes, outsourcing initiatives, staffing challenges, and technology environment.
  • Partner with the SVP of Sales and commercial team on account strategy and hand-offs where deals require broader resources.
  • Maintain accurate, timely activity and pipeline data in Salesforce and hit or exceed KPIs for pipeline generated, opportunities created, and revenue closed.
 Qualifications

What You Must Have (Required)

  • Minimum 3 years of healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) inside sales experience — selling RCM, BPO, or healthcare IT services into provider organizations in a remote/inside (non-field) capacity. (This is a hard requirement; applications without it will not be considered.)
  • A track record of carrying and meeting a sales quota.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with proven effectiveness selling over phone, email, virtual meetings and LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and sales-engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Definitive Healthcare, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Working knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle functions — patient access, coding, medical billing, claims, denials, and A/R.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience engaging executive-level stakeholders in provider organizations.
  • Familiarity with current healthcare industry trends affecting providers.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.
  • Remote, with travel under 10%. (List benefits/PTO as applicable.)
