Sales Development Representative

About the role:

We’re looking for a driven and curious Sales Development Representative with experience in third-party support (TPS) ideally across Oracle and SAP environments. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing team where you’ll go beyond the dial list and take real control of your pipeline.

You’ll be a key player in a growing team, building the foundation for your future in enterprise tech sales. This full-time role is 100% remote, so you can join us from anywhere in the US and make a real impact from day one.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be at the heart of our sales engine, taking ownership of a variety of exciting tasks, including:

  • Prospect into target accounts across the US and Canada through cold outreach, social selling, and follow-up on inbound leads
  • Qualify opportunities using frameworks like BANT and SPIN to support high value deals
  • Book discovery meetings with senior decision-makers (C-level, Heads of IT, Procurement)
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Field Sales on campaigns and event-led outreach
  • Represent Support Revolution at regional industry events (virtual and in-person)
  • Drive structured territory planning and account mapping for long-term pipeline growth
  • Track activity and opportunity data accurately in Salesforce.

 

What we’re looking for:

We’re after someone who’s driven, curious and eager to grow their career in sales. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • 1+ years of experience in a B2B outbound sales environment
  • Familiarity with Oracle and/or SAP enterprise ecosystems
  • A proven track record of exceeding KPIs and sales quotas
  • Confident communication with executive-level stakeholders
  • Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • A driven, proactive, and adaptable mindset in a fast-moving environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)

Bonus points if you have:

  • Knowledge or experience of sales methodologies such as BANT/SPIN
  • Previous experience in third-party support sales or related enterprise software/services
  • A track record using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience with AI tools
