Blackpoint Cyber is the leading provider of world-class cybersecurity threat hunting, detection and remediation technology. Founded by former National Security Agency (NSA) cyber operations experts who applied their learnings to bring national security-grade technology solutions to commercial customers around the world, Blackpoint Cyber is in hyper-growth mode,  fueled by a recent $190m series C round.

The Role

As a Sales Enablement Manager, you’ll be the connective tissue between Sales, Customer Success (CS), and Technical Support (TS). You will be tactically translating product releases, competitive positioning, and marketing messaging into content and coaching those teams can use in the field. You’ll operate in a fast-moving environment where systems and process are still maturing, so a big part of the role is building practical, scalable solutions (including AI-assisted tools) that keep the team informed and enabled.

In 2026, the focus is on tactical, high-frequency enablement: onboarding new GTM hires, product/campaign rollouts, competitive intelligence, and keeping content accessible and current. As we mature our sales systems and data infrastructure, this role will rollout deeper sales methodology, process, and discovery-skills workparticularly during key points in the year like SKO.
This role can be remote within the USA, but we strongly prefer candidates based in Denver, CO who can work a hybrid schedule.

What You’ll Do
  • New Hire Onboarding: Lead onboarding for new GTM hires around product, tools, messaging, and industry context, with the goal of reducing ramp time to productivity.

  • Product & Campaign Enablement: Translate content from Product and Product Marketing into role-specific sales language for BDRs, AEs, and AMs. Join team calls, build presentations, and ensure each segment has what it needs ahead of releases and campaigns.

  • Competitive Intelligence: Deliver a regular cadence of competitive updates (e.g., market moves from key competitors) using available tools (including Claude) to source and synthesize insights efficiently.

  • Market & Threat Awareness: Keep the team current on cyber security trends, threats, and regulatory shifts relevant to selling with authority.

  • Content & Knowledge Management: Maintain and evolve accessible, up-to-date enablement content including surfacing the right resources and messaging at the point of need (e.g., currently done in Teams via an internal CoPilot-built assistant, Scout).

  • Certification & Reinforcement: Run lightweight certification and knowledge checks (e.g., quizzes, live sessions) to reinforce training and confirm adoption.

  • Sales Tools Support: Partner with sales operations to help the team effectively use current sales tools (CRM, sales engagement, conversation intelligence, etc.), including maintaining in-tool content that supports live selling.

  • Call Coaching Awareness: Use conversation intelligence/call recording tools to stay close to how reps are applying training in real conversations, and share observations back to the team.

  • Sales Meeting Cadence: Own the enablement portion of the team’s weekly sales meeting, including building the deck and presenting relevant updates

  • Assess Training Effectiveness: Gather qualitative feedback and observational signals (call reviews, rep and manager input, adoption of new content/tools) to gauge training impact, with an eye toward more quantitative measurement as sales data and reporting infrastructure mature.

  • Coaching & Support: Provide informal, as-needed coaching to reps based on call reviews and performance conversations.

  • Collaboration with Sales Leadership: Work with sales leadership to identify emerging training gaps and prioritize enablement work against business needs.

  • Internal Knowledge Sharing: Organize and help coordinate internal webinars, lunch-and learns, or similar sessions to keep the team engaged and informed.

  • Sales Methodology & Process: Partner with sales leadership to formalize and reinforce a sales methodology (e.g., building on existing frameworks like SPACT) and a consistent sales process across the team. Timing depends on business priorities.

  • Discovery & Advanced Sales Skills: Develop and deliver deeper training on discovery, consultative selling, objection handling, and solution selling.

What You’ll Bring
  • At least 5 years in sales enablement, training, or similar technical role- preferably in a cybersecurity or tech environment.

  • A deep understanding of cyber security products, solutions, and industry trends.

  • Comfortable explaining complex technical concepts simply and training both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Track record of building effective enablement solutions during transition by being pragmatic, resourceful, and able to prioritize what matters most.

  • Sales & Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of consultative selling, enablement strategies, and sales methodologies. Experience training sales and technical teams on cyber security products is highly preferred.

  • Skilled at managing competing priorities and expectations across Sales, CS, TS, Product, and Marketing. You must also be comfortable pushing back constructively on last-minute or lowerpriority requests to protect focus on what matters most.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional at creating engaging content, leading training sessions, and giving feedback. Comfortable facilitating both in-person and virtual training.

  • AI & Tooling Fluency (preferred): Experience using or building AI-assisted tools (e.g., Copilot-based assistants, Claude) to scale content delivery and knowledge access is a strong plus, though not required.

  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable assessing training impact through a mix of qualitative and (as data infrastructure matures) quantitative measures.

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field (preferred). Relevant certifications in cyber security or sales methodologies are a plus.
