Job Purpose

As we continue to expand our market share in the rapidly emerging Employee Experience platform category, we are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager. Reporting into the Director, Learning and Enablement, you’ll bring structure, energy, and creativity to the execution of our sales enablement plans. This role focuses on making enablement happen - turning our enablement strategy into action by delivering programmes, coordinating stakeholders, and producing polished, useful resources for our Sales, BDR/SDR, and Pre-Sales teams.

This role is ideal for someone who loves getting things done: organising processes, coordinating stakeholders, and producing high-quality outputs. You’ll work closely with leaders across our Sales and Revenue Operations teams, and with your colleagues in the wider Enablement team, to roll out onboarding, refresh key content, support product launches, and ensure that our teams have the resources they need - at the right time, in the right format.

You don’t need decades of sales experience (though it’s great if you have some!). We’re looking for someone with curiosity, initiative, and a passion for improving how people learn, communicate, and perform.

Main Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales and RevOps to create and maintain enablement content: sales playbooks, battle cards, pitch decks, scripts, email templates and talk-tracks. Use feedback, performance insights, and frontline input from Sales and BDR Managers to identify content gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate and facilitate our Sales and BDR/SDR onboarding programmes, ensuring new hires ramp quickly and confidently; supporting the measurement of ramp effectiveness by maintaining accurate completion, engagement and time-to-productivity data.
  • Support implementation of scalable sales methodologies and processes (for example MEDDICC, Challenger) aligned with pipeline stages, deal motion and revenue goals.
  • Drive adoption and best practices of enablement technologies and tools such as CRM (Salesforce), sales engagement platforms (Gong and Clay), learning management systems and analytics tools.
  • Work closely with sales leadership and RevOps to measure enablement impact, identify skill gaps, report on productivity metrics and iterate programmes based on data.
  • Act as an internal consultant and advisor to commercial stakeholders: provide coaching, facilitate workshops, enable best practice sharing and promote a high-performance culture aligned to Unily’s core behaviours.
  • Work closely with your colleagues in Product Enablement to ensure product updates, release information, and technical content are translated into clear, usable resources for the Sales, BDR/SDR, and Pre-Sales teams; ensuring consistency, avoiding duplication, and contributing to a single, unified approach to product-related enablement across the organisation.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience in Sales Enablement or a closely related enablement or L&D role within a SaaS or tech environment. (Backgrounds in Sales Operations, Pre-Sales or BDR management are welcome where they include hands-on experience creating training or enablement materials.)
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and build positive working relationships across Sales, BDR/SDR, and Pre-Sales teams.
  • Confident facilitating training sessions, onboarding modules, and tool walk-throughs
  • Demonstrated ability to build clear, engaging enablement materials, such as slide decks, guides, playbooks, or job aids, with good attention to detail and an eye for visual clarity.
  • Comfortable working with subject-matter experts to turn product or process information into digestible, practical content.
  • Highly organised, with experience coordinating projects, managing timelines, and keeping documentation up to date.
  • Curious, proactive mindset - able to spot gaps, ask good questions, and suggest improvements while working within an agreed enablement strategy.
  • Technically confident, with familiarity using sales tools and modern SaaS platforms (e.g., CRM systems, content hubs, LMS tools).
  • Interest in or experience using AI tools to enhance content creation, improve workflow efficiency, or support sales training. Awareness or experience of using AI coaching solutions for sales would be a bonus.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the confidence to take initiative while staying aligned with the wider enablement strategy.
  • Curious, open-minded thinking - comfortable asking questions, seeking clarity, and suggesting improvements.
  • An interest in new thinking and emerging tools in the world of L&D and enablement - from AI and learning-in-the-flow-of-work to modern content formats - with a desire to experiment and bring fresh ideas into day-to-day delivery.

We are united by a shared purpose and are committed to truly understanding each other. We know that everyone is unique and has their own story.
