Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, JetCool is looking to add a Sales Engineer located in Littleton, MA or Austin, TX.

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and Partnerships, this role supports our OEM group, with a primary focus on supporting and expanding our partnership with Dell and other global system manufacturers. This role blends deep technical fluency with customer‑facing leadership, helping OEM partners understand how JetCool’s liquid‑to‑liquid and liquid‑to‑air cooling architectures integrate into their server platforms and align with end‑customer requirements.

You will serve as the technical bridge between JetCool’s engineering teams and OEM customers, ensuring our SmartPlates, CDUs, and full‑stack cooling solutions meet the thermal, mechanical, and integration needs of next‑generation AI and high‑density compute systems.

Success in this role requires translating the customers’ technical requirements into actionable server and rack-level architectures, collaborating closely with OEM teams.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Lead technical discovery with Dell and other OEM customers to understand system‑level thermal requirements for AI and HPC platforms

  • Map JetCool’s liquid‑to‑liquid and liquid‑to‑air cooling architectures to OEM server designs, rack‑level strategies, and customer deployment models

  • Serve as the primary technical interface for customer engagements, guiding customers through solution feasibility, integration, and performance expectations

  • Support sales cycles by contributing to quotes, configuration analysis, RFP/RFQ responses, technical documentation, and customer‑facing content

  • Gather and interpret OEM requirements, specifications, and system documentation for JetCool Engineering

  • Collaborate with Engineering to define, refine, and communicate cooling solutions—including cold plates, manifolds, CDUs, and rack‑level integration

  • Evaluate server and rack architectures (Dell PowerEdge, GPU platforms, AI accelerators, etc.) to ensure compatibility with JetCool solutions

  • Develop and deliver technical presentations that highlight JetCool’s differentiation in thermal performance, efficiency, and sustainability

  • Present thermal analyses in a clear, consumable format for both engineering and business stakeholders

  • Adapt technical depth and messaging in real time based on audience, context, and customer priorities

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • 3+ years in pre‑sales engineering, OEM engagement, or customer‑facing technical roles

  • Ability to interpret and communicate complex engineering analyses

  • Strong communication, presentation, and customer‑facing skills

  • Experience with fluid‑based mechanical designs or thermal systems is preferred

  • Exposure to CFD tools (ANSYS, Icepak, FloTHERM) is a plus

  • Experience applying heat‑transfer and fluid‑mechanics fundamentals to real‑world cooling solutions is preferred

  • Familiarity with server architectures, AI accelerators, and OEM design cycles (Dell experience strongly preferred)

What you'll receive for the great work you provide:

  • Full range of medical, dental, and vision plans
  • Life Insurance
  • Short-term and Long-term Disability
  • Matching 401(k) Contributions
  • Vacation and Paid Sick Time
  • Tuition Reimbursement
