This is a remote position.

We believe talented professionals shouldn’t stay stuck in careers, jobs, or income levels that no longer match their potential.

At SkillHat, we help professionals break into high-income tech careers through practical training, mentorship, and real-world experience.

At Founder Studio, we help experienced professionals turn their expertise into ownership by building real businesses, developing strong offers, generating leads, and closing clients.

Across both brands, the mission is the same:

Help ambitious professionals move from potential to opportunity, income, and ownership.

But for that to happen, people need to make the right decision when the opportunity is in front of them.

That’s where this role comes in.

The Opportunity

This is not just another sales role.

You’ll be selling transformational offers to people who are actively changing their lives, careers, and businesses.

You’ll be speaking with:

  • Professionals trying to break into tech

  • Cybersecurity and GRC professionals looking for real experience

  • Experienced tech professionals who want to start consulting businesses

  • Founders and operators looking to generate clients and grow revenue

  • Ambitious people who need clarity, confidence, and the right next step

You’ll be working inside a fast-growing company led by an award-winning 7-figure founder, with real offers, strong demand, and an audience that already trusts the brand.

Your role is simple:

Turn qualified conversations into enrolled clients.

The Role

Your responsibility is simple:

Convert qualified prospects into paying clients.

You will own the sales conversation from discovery to close.

This includes:

  • Taking booked sales calls

  • Diagnosing the prospect’s current situation

  • Understanding their goals, fears, objections, and urgency

  • Recommending the right program or path

  • Explaining the offer clearly

  • Handling objections with confidence and care

  • Following up with prospects who do not buy on the first call

  • Updating the CRM consistently

  • Helping improve scripts, objections, and close rates

  • Working with the team to understand lead quality and sales patterns

You are not just “selling a program.”

You are helping people make a serious decision about their future.

How to Apply

Apply here with:

  • Resume

  • LinkedIn profile

  • Voice note

  • Short video

The voice note and video are mandatory.

No voice note and video means the application will not be considered.

In your video, please briefly answer:

  1. Why are you interested in this role?

  2. What kind of offers have you sold before?

  3. What makes you effective on sales calls?

  4. Why do you believe you can sell both Founder Studio and Tech Bootcamp offers?

If you are the kind of person who can lead sales conversations, take ownership of revenue, and help people make life-changing decisions with clarity and confidence, we’d love to hear from you.
