We are looking for a Sales Manager who will focus on turning cold leads into active clients through follow-up techniques, including setting up introductory calls with prospects. The ideal candidate is proactive, an excellent communicator, and skilled at crafting messages that resonate with our Ideal Customer Profile.

As a Sales Manager at Altamira, you will play a crucial role in identifying and generating new business opportunities that align with our company's strategy. You will also provide feedback and contribute to improving this strategy based on market insights.

The Sales Manager should have a deep understanding of the market and competition to develop effective sales strategies and apply both sales and solution expertise. Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams is essential to drive and optimize Altamira’s value proposition.

A highly motivated individual who thrives on challenges and constantly seeks ways to improve the client experience will excel in this role.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in sales, or a similar role with a focus on personalized outreach.
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B2C sales within the IT industry.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems like Pipedrive, HubSpot, Odoo, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team, managing outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, calls, and other platforms daily.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, or similar prospecting tools for lead generation while maintaining follow-ups with previous connections.
  • Strong skills in crafting effective communication sequences.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in FinTech, EdTech, and Healthcare sectors.
  • Experience with the UK and North American markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation and execution of the outbound strategy and work with inbound leads.
  • Track and report daily activities and results.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial customer engagement to closing deals.
  • Plan and attend relevant industry events.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with clients (online and on-site).
  • Conduct research and outreach via LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, industry conference sites, and other resources.
  • Establish and secure contracts with new customers.
  • Prospect potential customers through direct methods (calling, meetings) and indirect methods (networking).
  • Qualify prospects based on company criteria for ideal customers.
  • Consult with prospects on business challenges and requirements, explaining our services and their benefits.
  • Maintain high domain knowledge to have meaningful conversations with prospects.
  • Present to clients, senior managers, and decision-makers. Draft and deliver proposals.
  • Collaborate with technical staff and product specialists to address customer requirements when needed.
  • Develop and maintain plans to meet sales targets.
  • Provide sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Offer feedback to improve the sales cycle, enhance brand reputation, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide market insights to company management on trends, competitive threats, and customer needs.
  • Represent the company in a positive light, conducting all sales activities with professionalism and integrity.
