Sales & Marketing Analyst About Rezdy

Rezdy, alongside sister brands Checkfront and Regiondo, powers 20,000+ tours, activities, and experiences businesses and supports over $10B in bookings globally. We're builders and doers on a mission to reshape the industry — spanning North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, united by a bias for action and a commitment to our customers.

About the Role

Sales reps spend less than 30% of their time actually selling — the rest disappears into admin and process friction. We don't accept that. This is a hands-on, globally focused role supporting the day-to-day operational needs of our sales teams across AMER, EMEA, and APAC, so reps and leaders can spend their time selling and coaching, not doing admin. You'll help keep HubSpot clean and running smoothly, support reporting and dashboards, and help roll out new processes across regions — learning alongside experienced operators with room to grow into broader scope over time.

What You'll Do
  • Support daily operational needs across multiple global brands
  • Flagging data issues and surfacing trends, escalating to leadership as needed
  • Assist with HubSpot maintenance
  • Keep playbooks and process documentation accurate and current across regions
  • Support rollout of new tools and process improvements
  • Coordinate with a global team to standardize ways of working across regions
What We're Looking For
  • 0–3 years in sales operations, revenue operations, CRM administration, or sales support
  • Hands-on HubSpot (or comparable CRM) experience; HubSpot certifications a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data, reports, and dashboards
  • Self-starter mindset — takes ownership, asks good questions, thrives amid shifting priorities
  • Willingness to collaborate across time zones (occasional early/late meetings)
  • Clear, straightforward communicator between sales and operations
How We Work

Speed wins, and nothing falls through the cracks. You'll have real autonomy, real impact, and the space to grow into a sharper operator over time — on a team where collaboration beats ego and long-term impact beats quick fixes.
