This role will fall under the Global Sales Operations (Core) Team. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will provide key business analysis to various sales leaders within the organization. You will also work alongside other critical sales partners such as Finance, Legal, Customer Support & Delivery, Marketing, and Product. No day or project will be alike. The challenge of each new problem set will get your excited to come to work. You won’t know everything, however since you have a growth mindset, you’ll figure out the best solution with as much autonomy or help as you need. Ultimately your day-to-day insights and actions will help us achieve our targets, gain sales efficiency, and help us scale without losing our culture.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to measure the impact of operations and strategic initiatives by gathering and synthesizing relevant data and presenting findings both in verbal and written formats
- Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while establishing priorities and producing deliverables end to end
- Assist in development of analyses and presentations for the Senior Leadership Team, Sales Managers, and other cross functional teams such as Marketing or Finance
- Communicate informed conclusions and recommendations to senior leadership and sales operational managers that are tailored to the needs and requirements of the audience
- Serve as a center of excellence for trusted insight and analysis to support both strategic initiatives and ad hoc business needs within the Global Sales Operations organization
- Design and create models to solve business problems and, where appropriate, integrate the insights into regular operational reporting
- Assist in ad-hoc reporting and presentations, including business reviews and management presentations
- Maintain and coordinate standard operating procedures, including updating files in a timely manner and coordinating the changes across systems such as Salesforce.com
- Assist field sales management with territory changes, sales budgets, and compensation planning
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Comfortable handling large data sets; previous work or internship in consulting or investing banking is a plus
- Strong attention to detail; you’re the person that double checks your work every time
- Positive attitude and flexibility when faced with fast-paced, complex challenges; a motivated self-starter with a high energy level
- Excellent strategic and tactical business skills and a passion for using data to drive better decision making
- Strong sense of responsibility and initiative; bias towards action versus being told what to do
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with diverse work groups
- Proven skills at cultivating strong working relationships and working well within a team to learn and share knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to comprehensively and clearly present strategic issues and solutions to sales leaders and teammates
System Skills
- Strong working knowledge of O365 Suites and Excel (you understand when to use Index Match, Getpivotdata, Conditional formatting, etc)
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM system desired
