We’re seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to help build the operational foundation that supports a growing sales organization. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, process design, and enablement. You’ll partner closely with sales leadership to turn business goals into structured reporting, scalable workflows, and clear playbooks that drive execution.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building structure from the ground up, and is motivated by improving how a sales organization operates as it scales.

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will:

  • Own and maintain sales reporting, dashboards, and operational playbooks as the source of truth for performance and processes.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and actionable insights to support sales performance and decision-making.
  • Drive process optimization and enablement initiatives, including onboarding, training materials, and SOPs.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to the sales team and troubleshoot reporting or workflow challenges.
  • Partner with Sales leadership and collaborate cross-functionally to align systems, processes, and reporting across the sales lifecycle.
  • Build scalable systems and processes that improve visibility, reduce operational friction, and support long-term growth.

Success in this role looks like:

  • Within the first 90 days: You will ramp quickly, take ownership of reporting, and improve data accuracy and process clarity.
  • Within the first 6 months: You will deliver scalable reporting and process improvements while becoming a trusted partner to sales leadership.
  • Future success: You will drive continuous operational improvements that increase sales productivity and inform strategic decision-making.

You should get in touch if:

  • You have 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, or a similar analytical role supporting go-to-market teams.
  • You have experience working in the healthcare, Medicare, or insurance industry, or in a similarly regulated environment.
  • You have advanced SQL proficiency with hands-on experience building and maintaining reporting models and queries in BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Mode).
  • You have a proven track record of improving operational processes and translating data insights into measurable business impact (e.g., improving reporting accuracy, reducing manual workflows, increasing visibility into performance metrics).
  • You have experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Data, or Product teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets), including building scalable, multi-source reporting and dashboards.

Benefits Overview:

  • Financial Well-Being: Our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent begins with a competitive base salary and equity opportunities. Additionally, we offer a performance-based bonus program, 401k matching, and regular compensation reviews to recognize and reward exceptional contributions.
  • Physical Well-Being: We prioritize the health and well-being of our employees and their families by providing comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. Your health matters to us, and we invest in ensuring you have access to quality healthcare.
  • Mental Well-Being: We understand the importance of mental health in fostering productivity and maintaining work-life balance. To support this, we offer initiatives such as No-Meeting Fridays, monthly company holidays, access to mental health resources, and a generous flexible time-off policy. Additionally, we embrace a remote-first culture that supports collaboration and flexibility, allowing our team members to thrive from any location.
  • Professional Development: Developing internal talent is a priority for Clover. We offer learning programs, mentorship, professional development funding, and regular performance feedback and reviews.

Additional Perks:
