What You'll Do
You will join our new Analyst Program, an incubator for top talent within our GTM Strategy & Operations team. As a key member of this program, you will provide world-class analysis and data-driven storytelling to our Business Development, Customer Success, and Sales teams. Your work will directly support crucial GTM functions-from building Salesforce reports and QBR data packs to making recommendations that help drive the entire team forward.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities
- Perform detailed analysis using Excel, Salesforce, and Tableau to support our GTM Expansion teams.
- Build data packs and compelling decks for quarterly business reviews and strategic planning.
- Shadow strategic initiatives and document processes to improve GTM efficiency.
- Execute and support DNR Forecast Reviews and quarterly account transitions to maintain equitable account books.
- Enable Global Expansion leadership to make data-driven decisions through reporting on upsells, retention, and expansion metrics.
- Prepare and present key insights to senior leadership, including VP-level stakeholders, to influence strategic direction.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Sales/Business Operations or Technology Consulting.
- Proven executive presence and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrable experience preparing and delivering data-driven presentations to senior leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a curious mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A self-starter with the ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines independently.
- Experience in a SaaS company is a plus.
- Experience supporting reporting and crediting initiatives for a sales department.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight, and Boostup is a plus.
