sFox is seeking a results-driven Sales Operations Specialist to assist our sales team in achieving and exceeding sales goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales execution processes, designing sales team reporting and ensuring that sales goals are set and measured. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in collaborating with sales teams, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.


Responsibilities

  • Working with the VP Sales, set and measure sales goals and metrics to evaluate sales performance
  • Drive sales execution processes, ensuring that all stakeholders are in close alignment and that variances are understood, flagged and corrected. These include marketing, product, and customer success
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and revenue expansion
  • Provide regular sales updates and insights to senior leadership and other stakeholders

Requirements

  • 3+ years of a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, processes, and metrics
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and revenue expansion
  • Experience with sales automation tools, such as HubSpot and Copper CRM
  • Experience with data analytics and sales metrics tools, such as Tableau or AWS QuickSight
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Nice to Have

  • Experience with sales enablement and training programs
  • Certification in sales leadership or a related field, such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Leadership Professional (CLP)

We offer a competitive compensation package with a base salary range of $110,000–$155,000, determined by experience, qualifications, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and flexible paid time off to support work–life balance.
