About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Partner – Digital Solutions Consultant (Independent Contractor) to help connect Canadian businesses with the tools they need to thrive. In this commission-only role, you’ll identify and reach out to potential clients, understand their needs, and present Talotic’s solutions. Your work will play a vital role in helping businesses grow.

Locations
We are currently seeking Sales Partners located in Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere within these provinces.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage Clients: Reach out to business owners, build relationships, and close sales in a professional, client-focused way.
- Understand Business Needs: Learn each client’s challenges and recommend Talotic’s services as effective solutions.
- Stay Current on Trends: Research digital adoption trends and challenges for small to medium businesses.
- Utilize Talotic’s Tools: Use the provided CRM, communication platforms, phone line, and contact database to manage and enhance client interactions.
Earning Potential
Our structured commission plan is designed to reward performance, with potential earnings of $50,000 - $100,000 annually for a full-time commitment. Earnings vary based on time commitment, with additional bonuses available for consistent performance. Full details on commission rates and bonuses will be discussed during the interview process.
Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
- Education: Post-secondary diploma or degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience in sales or client relations will also be considered.
- 1-3 years of Sales or Client-Facing Experience: Ideally in tech, digital, or professional services.
- Self-Driven & Results-Oriented: You’re ambitious and thrive in a commission-only structure where your performance drives your earnings.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: You’re professional, personable, and skilled at building trust and rapport.
- Digital & Market Awareness: Familiarity with digital solutions and SMB challenges.
- Knowledge of CASL Compliance: Awareness of Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation.
