This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for a Sales Representative to join their growing team. They are a well-established professional services organization that has expanded their presence and reputation in recent years by providing specialized client-focused solutions and maintaining high standards of service. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying client needs, and contributing to business growth in a fully remote environment.

The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a strong sales background, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build trust with prospective clients. Previous experience in the legal industry is welcomed but not required, as candidates with solid sales experience in other service-based industries will also be considered.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients through various communication channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and presenting appropriate solutions.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and consistently follow up with leads.
  • Conduct consultations with prospective clients in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Clearly explain services, answer questions, and address concerns throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Stay informed about company services and industry best practices to effectively communicate value to prospective clients.


Requirements
  • College degree or a strong professional background in sales.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within a service-based industry.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Professional, customer-focused, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience working with clients from the United States or Europe is highly preferred.
  • Experience working for a large organization within their country is considered an advantage.
  • Legal industry experience is a plus but is not required.
