Role  

This role is responsible for the design, development, and execution of the Sales Readiness program for the Payor & Partner Success organization, ensuring the sales team is equipped with the knowledge, content, and skills necessary to accelerate pipeline and drive revenue growth in the payor channel.

Team 

You will be an essential part of the Commercial Enablement team, focused specifically on supporting the Payor and Partner sales organization. You will partner closely with Payor Sales leadership, Marketing, and Product teams to align enablement programs with key business objectives.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop high-impact, "Ready to Sell" content, including battle cards, talk tracks, objection handling guides, and competitive positioning, specifically tailored for the payor buyer.
  • Design and build a comprehensive payor enablement program that drives behavior change and reduces new seller ramp time (in months)
  • Create Health Plan and Payor specific materials to accelerate partnership success.
  • Deliver training and facilitate in-person collaboration with the health plans / payor sales team and external partners, especially around key payor events and business reviews.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to the Health Plans / Payor sales team, improving seller confidence and increasing win rates.
  • Enforce content templates and a structured approach for product and marketing teams to ensure consistent, on-message internal and external communication.
  • Analyze content utilization and effectiveness to achieve high content utilization rates for internal and external users. 

What you need to have:

  • Deep Payor Experience, Content Creation Excellence, and Sales Experience5+ years working directly within payor networks or payor-focused organizations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the payor sales cycle and selling from within a health plan.
  • Fluency in payor economics and value-based care models.
  • Experience navigating both commercial and government (Medicare Advantage) lines of business.
  • Proven track record of training complex healthcare solutions to payor sales teams. (e.g., 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience selling to payors). 
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex clinical/product information into compelling payor value propositions.
  • Excellence in cross functional communication with product, R&D, marketing, and sales.
  • Ability to travel 10% of time (approximately 1x monthly) for in-person payor team engagement.

  • Knowledge of broker/consultant influence in payor decisions., and history of developing strong relationships with various influencers in the health plan ecosystem
  • Understanding of the AI Health space competing solutions 
  • Experience building and managing content libraries at scale.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools for content creation and personalization.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with common CRM and deal room platforms.
