As a Sales Recruitment Coordinator at FieldPulse, you’ll play a key role in sourcing, screening, and connecting exceptional candidates with our growing company.
What You'll Do:
- Source, screen, and identify potential candidates for various roles across the Sales team at FieldPulse, focusing on entry-level to mid-level positions.
- Conduct initial interviews and assist hiring managers with candidate evaluations.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and job requirements.
- Maintain and manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and other creative sourcing methods to find diverse talent.
- Assist with the coordination of interviews, feedback sessions, and offers.
- Support the team in organizing and conducting recruitment events, such as job fairs and career meetups.
- Help with administrative tasks related to recruitment, including job postings, applicant tracking, and interview scheduling.
