Where You'll Work: 

  • Full-time, in-office at our headquarters in Dallas, TX.
  • You’ll be right in the heart of the action, surrounded by a team of passionate, high-energy individuals who thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do: 

  • Design end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile products—from discovery through delivery
  • Translate complex ideas into simple, intuitive, and elegant user flows and interfaces
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisionsUX/UI Product Designer
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure designs are feasible and implemented with high quality
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency across the product
  • Advocate for the user while balancing business goals and technical constraints
  • Iterate quickly based on data, feedback, and product priorities

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design roles
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work and problem-solving

  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma (or similar)
  • Experience with user research, usability testing, and interaction design
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design
  • Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate
