What You’ll Do 

As an Account Manager, you’ll partner with Pat Hackett, our VP of Strategy and the Table22 Account Management team, to help Table22 manage and support all of our restaurant partners across the U.S by: 

  • Ensure the ongoing management of existing accounts across the United States
  • Help onboard new accounts from the sales team
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on a monthly basis to help grow subscription base for your accounts
  • Communicate with your accounts directly on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Serve as the first line of contact for customer requests pertaining to your accounts
  • Ensure ongoing partnership with your accounts and that all accounts needs are met

 

What We’re Looking For

  • At least one year of previous account management experience
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Empathetic listener and persuasive communicator
  • Competitive self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in the role
  • Experience being a consultative and problem solving account manager
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively cross functionally, with sales, product, and marketing
  • Knowledge of CRMs and other tech tools 
  • Interest in food, restaurants, and the hospitality industry, with previous experience a plus
