LifeMart (part of Care.com) is an Employee Discount Program with thousands of money-saving deals to help employees stretch their paychecks further. In this role, you will be managing the day-to-day needs of an assigned list of active clients as well as working closely with the Sales Department to implement new programs for recently signed new clients to grow each relationship to drive more revenue for the company. This candidate will be required to multi-task between client management, marketing, reporting/analytics, forecasting, inside sales, tech (program knowledge), and product. What Your Days Will be Like: 

The Account Manager will work closely with the LifeMart team to manage the day-to-day needs of an assigned list of active clients as well as  with the sales team to implement new programs for newly signed clients to grow each relationship to drive more revenue for the company.

What You'll Be Working On: 

  • Communicate with LifeMart sales team and manage presales support efforts
  • Communicate with clients to launch projects, provide reporting and improve performance
  • Communicate with other internal teams to manage clients projects – Implementation, LifeMart, Marketing, Email
  • Work with implementation teams to launch client programs
  • Provide client reporting on a regular (monthly) basis as well as ad-hoc reporting as needed
  • Work with internal accounting teams on client payments
  • Work with LifeMart/Product on client marketing and offers launching and optimizing
  • Work with Marketing group to create client marketing materials and presentations
  • Work with Clients on marketing plans, maintaining client requirements and standards, launching programs and reporting
  • Maintain client requirements and standards
  • Internal and client presentations
  • Other client-related duties as requests

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • 3-5 years experience in client service management 
  • Proven client service skills including maintaining, communicating, and growing client relationships
  • Technical competence with an understanding of solutions delivered via web technology
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across company functions (marketing, reporting/analytics, product, legal, finance, sales) and work well in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong oral and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated, persistent and goal-oriented
  • High level of initiative and ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to multi-task, handle stressful situations and deadline pressures
  • Strong problem solving and organizational skills
  • Proficient at Excel, PowerPoint, Word
