Location: Austin or Remote

Responsibilities:

  • TrustRadius customer success manager will manage all aspects of the customer lifecycle. From deployment and product adoption to alignment with the customer's long-term goals.
  • Will be a Trusted Advisor to clients and serve as strategists, coaching and driving change management within our customer base to lead with reviews in marketing and sales.
  • Develop joint success plans with customers to ensure there is a plan is in place to drive adoption and high-value use cases within the organization through change management
  • CSM will conduct ongoing account meetings to communicate best practices, develop plans for expanded functional usage, provide use case examples for leveraging key product functionality, and communicate new feature releases.
  • Perform strategic business reviews for alignment of objectives and outcomes
  • CSM will closely manage and nurture accounts to identify and eliminate risk attribution.
  • Drive and measure successful outcomes 
  • Create and deliver monthly reports to highlight customer successes and provide ongoing recommendations for further optimization.
  • Customer Success Manager will analyze customer account trends and provide feedback to internal stakeholders to ensure quality standards, customer requirements, and features are properly deployed and addressed.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders within assigned accounts.
  • Function as the customer advocate and provide internal feedback on how TrustRadius can better serve our commercial customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of prior customer success or account management experience and/or digital marketing agency experience
  • Candidate must have experience working at Cloud/SaaS and ideally at MarTech Companies
  • Ability to demonstrate account portfolio planning competency, ability to prioritize work, and strong time management skills are required.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to executives and key decision-makers.
  • Ability to deliver customized presentations and demonstrations via web conference.
  • Ability to understand and consult marketers on marketing strategies using review sites or learn quickly (coaching will be provided)
  • Strong product knowledge of review sites with the ability to articulate how to best use and deploy the service to all the persons involved.
  • Great interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
  • Proactive and passionate team player who has fresh ideas when it comes to user adoption and churn mitigation
  • Enjoys working closely with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
  • A self-starter who takes the initiative to get things done
  • Curious and always learning new things
  • Travel to customer locations may be required (when it is safe to travel again)

We are a fully remote company with plans to open a beautiful office in the Austin, TX Hill Country area early 2022. Future work opportunities will include everything from 100% remote to 100% on-site and everything hybrid in between.
