We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our EDU team to help support our sales organization.

What You'll Do:

    • Responsible for onboarding of new Learning Partners signed by Red Ventures Education sales team 
    • Create a seamless experience for these customers from onboarding through the launch on our platform 
    • Manage customer account for the 3-month test before transitioning to Account Management
    • Report out on pacing to goals weekly for each account 
    • Communicate with customers on progress weekly 
    • Upsell accounts based on the goals set upon signing.
    • Build meaningful relationships with customers
    • Manage a variety of partners in different stages of onboarding, launch, and testing
    • Work cross-functionally with tech, product, sales, and account management teams 

What We're Looking For:

  • Highly detail oriented
  • Clear, effective communicator
  • Enjoy building and managing relationships with clear goals
  • Natural problem solver who is resourceful and creative when needed
  • Comfortable managing customer expectations
  • Excited to work in a dynamic, growing, fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 
  • Experience with customer success or relationship management of some sort
  • Comfortable in a digital environment and with data reporting
  • Experience in education or edtech a bonus
