The Flywheel Account Executive is in charge of selling Flywheel services and solutions to new customers across a wide range of industries using an engaging and strategic sales approach.

In the Account Executive role, we get the opportunity to engage with potential clients to define and understand their needs! We team with support resources to develop and propose practical solutions. Using a dedicated prospecting approach and strategic business development you will uncover opportunities for growth within your territory and build a robust sales pipeline.
Outstanding Account Executives are adaptable and learn quickly. They are eloquent, positive and eager to take the initiative. They are passionate about building connections and are motivated to win!
The Day to Day

  • Our sales team stays up-to-date on Flywheel's service and solution offerings, the benefits we provide, and our value to our customers.
  • We communicate Flywheel's offerings to customers and deliver compelling product demos tailored to their specific needs.
  • We continuously build and nourish a robust opportunity pipeline through 100% inbound leads , marketing-leads, customer referrals, executive introductions, and our networks.
  • We maintain highly detailed, up to date CRM information on customers and opportunities within HubSpot.
  • We collaborate with our customer experience teams and sales engineers to educate customers and help them make informed buying decisions.
  • We work with internal sales and support systems to ensure that customer's expectations are accurately set and clients are kept up-to-date during the buying experience.
  • We write accurate quotes, proposals, and SOWs.
  • We position our company's capabilities and value proposition to resolve customer concerns or objections to close sales opportunities.


Your Expertise

  • A superb record of meeting or exceeding assigned individual quota. Being number one is in our nature.
  • A natural communicator. Most sales activity takes place via phone or video call.
  • Integrity. It's not about the sale, it's about what's best for the customer and WP Engine. Success means we both win.
  • Consistent organization and diligence a must.
  • Experience selling software products and customizable solutions to marketing and sales professionals strongly preferred.
