Inside Sales Representative
BedandBreakfast.com, the industry leading web site forB&Bs and Inns, has an opening for an Inside Sales Representative. We require a talented and performance driven individual to execute sales and drive prospects and customers towards the right product and sales channel. You will be responsible for qualifying and closing new, additional and/or renewal products/subscriptions.
This is a great opportunity for a person with a friendly telephone manner and excellent communication skills to work in a small entrepreneurial team within a global and fast growing company.
Position Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Outbound calling (up to 50 to 60 calls per day) to database prospects, prospective customer lists and call campaigns in support of sales strategies/directives, and other marketing activities
Inbound calling (up to 10 to 20 calls per day) from prospects, customers and in support of call campaigns in support of sales strategies/directives, and other marketing activities
Quickly grasp technology service solutions and maintain an understanding of our marketplace including competitive landscape
Quickly identify prospect's needs, expectations and priorities and deliver a compelling reason for working with BedandBreakfast.com
Manage existing customers in responding to their requests,develop BedandBreakfast.com network and product awareness
Maintain customer and prospects details and information updated into our CRM system
Ensure productive and cross functional relationships betweenCustomer Support and Marketing to guarantee a high quality of service(feedback loop) and address our customers’ requests to the right person if needed
Qualifications:
1-2 years proven inside sales experience
Strong prospecting background
Flexible to changing priorities
Online travel, Bed and Breakfast, or hotel experience preferred
Experience in selling online products and / or in B2C are a plus
Proven track record of telephone sales
Knowledge of CRM Systems and maintain and update records in CRM system
Experience with business support software applications such as MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, etc.) required
Skills:
Fluency in a Foreign Language (ideally any of the following:Spanish, Italian, French, German, Portuguese)
Strong verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to articulate ideas clearly
Self-motivated, hard-working individual able to function and hit goals
Ability to adapt to product and procedure changes
Strong relationship building skills
Ability to inspire and support innkeepers that use our products
