WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON 

If you have been looking for a way to break into the tech industry - look no further! The Lender Team is expanding here at Qualia and we are looking for a Lead Development Representative (LDR) to help us clean up and enrich data in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management System). You will be an important member of the sales organization, playing a critical role in identifying leads, profiling customers, and enriching our prospect account information. Working in collaboration with our sales development team and sales operations team, your primary objective is to identify prospective accounts and ensure data is accurate. Ideally, this role will be a 6-8 month project with growth after into a sales development or sales operations role within the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify new relevant prospects and enrich SalesForce.com (e.g., identifying new contacts and enriching key data for prospect accounts)
  • Provide sales development team with detailed notes to ensure the updates to accounts are clearly understood
  • Work closely with sales operations to locate duplicate accounts and identify missing data

YOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCH

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Target orientated, ambitious, creative, customer focused
  • Self-starter with highly developed interpersonal skills and organizational skills, decisive and result oriented who is prepared to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Desire to grow career in software sales or sales operations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 1+ year of experience in customer service  or data entry related role
  • At least 1+ year of experience using a CRM/Customer Relationship Management tool
  • At least 1+ year of experience using the Microsoft Office Suite
